It’s a challenge to do everything I do and still get enough sleep. But it’s even more of a challenge when you go to bed at a decent time and toss and turn. Maybe it’s a menopause thing? Whatever it is, it sucks. There must be some natural way I can get a good nights sleep. For as busy of a person as I am, sleep is imperative. GOOD sleep even more so. This will have to be something I look into. I should have measured my body before I began this workout journey, just to see if I lose any inches. You know…tighten up? I have changed my workout routine a number of times already. I still have yet to find the flow.
I recently tried to sign into my FitXR account and I couldn’t find it anywhere. Perhaps it has expired? Maybe I only purchased it for a year? Whatever the case, it was a God send as one of my besties told me she purchased a membership to an exercise program called Supernatural. So I decided to check it out and it’s WAY better than FitXR. I LOVE it! So I signed up and have only had an opportunity to try it out once. I did the training exercises. It’s going to take a bit before I get the hang of it, but am looking forward to it. So much in fact that instead of working out once a week with this program, I am going to work out twice with it. If it works out the way I hope it will, I will do Zumba at Evolution Fitness in the South location on Monday mornings, legs and glutes on Tuesday mornings, Supernatural on Wednesday mornings, Abs on Thursday mornings and Supernatural on Friday mornings. This means I go into work late and sometimes stay later depending on the days workload. Which can cut into my evening routine, but hopefully I fall into a groove that works. We shall see. Wish me luck!
