Yep…I just started this routine. I got off to a rocky start…about 4 weeks ago and have kind of been all over the map, but I suppose that’s to be expected when you haven’t exercised for a year and a half. But all I did a year and a half ago was Zumba…this time around I’m incorporating abs and glute exercises. I think I finally had a routine that works…I said had because…well…it’s already falling apart.

Okay, it’s not that bad…but a little wrench has been thrown into my little routine that I was planning to stick to. You see, Monday morning is abs, Tuesday evening is Zumba, Wednesday morning is Fit XR, Thursday is bowling and Friday is glutes…but when I went to the gym this evening for Zumba class, it was cancelled. In fact all classes at the North location have been cancelled until further notice due to lack of participation. Which sucks cause I JUST got back into it.

Soooooo when I looked to see where other classes are held, I see that the South location has an early morning Monday class from 9:30 am until 10:30 am that I could probably go to. But then it messes up my schedule. Sigh…I suppose I could just switch Monday abs to Tuesday and do Zumba on Monday. Not a big deal. Yeah…that’s not so bad. Okay I’ll do that. Sometimes it helps to think these things out loud. Ha!
